OUR HISTORY

2001

Carters Professional Corporation opened on January 1, 2001 The firm has a focus on assisting charities and not-for-profit organizations as well as other clients in Ontario, Canada and internationally.

2008

Ottawa office opens in downtown Ottawa and later moves to Nepean, Ontario in 2017 Carters hosts the first Ottawa Region Charity & Not-for-Profit Law Seminar

2018

New Toronto office opens at 67 Yonge Street to better facilitate Carters growing litigation practice.

2026

After over 25 years of practice, Carters continues to host its annual Carters Charity & Not-for-Profit Law Seminar/Webinar and is committed to providing practical legal solutions for complex legal challenges.
